I was hit from the back, in a “not-at-fault “ accident with a big commercial truck more then 24 feet long. The owner was not accepting responsibility for all the damages., and my personal injuries. After a somewhat ridiculous car accident where the other driver rear-ended me, tore of his license plate, and ran away, I was left in an insurance gap. Initially, nobody was going to be paying for my bodily or vehicular injuries. I was referred to Sam Segal, and I am so happy that I was. As this wa...s my first time in a situation like this, I didn't know what to expect. Due to some injuries, I had accumulated a fair amount of hospital bills. I just hoped that I could get enough compensation to help me pay for them, but Sam ended up getting more than I ever hoped for! My wife and I were in a car accident in which another vehicle struck our car in the rear. Sam handled our case; he kept us informed of the progress of the case from the beginning to the end. He let us know of additional information that we should provide to support our claim, like photos of a scar.... My wife and I thought that the scar, being small would not be worth mentioning, but Sam assured us that it was a valid claim and that it was important. Sam let us know our options for a settlement and, when we gave him our approval, he continued the case to pursue a larger claim. He succeeded in getting a claim for the larger amount.
