I have worked closely with Mrs. Champa for the past three years while my divorce case was active. I have been with Susan for 3 years now. She is my second attorney. My first Attorney was more concerned about getting money from me rather than focusing on getting the case done! Some things I have learned which everyone needing an attorney should know. 1. The judge can drag out a case to a ridiculous amount of time. This is NOT the fault of the attorney. So be prepared for a LONG battle. 2. ALL attorneys will require a retainer . This is standard practice among any fine attorney. 3. Jut when you think your case is done, your X will always do something stupid (unless you are lucky) and you may be back in court again. Keep a good log of all important incidences as it will help your attorney.
