Strategic partner to any executive. Highly recommended.

I first hired Robert to help me strategize and ultimately draft a new contract as I negotiated a new executive employment agreement. It was clear from moment one that Robert is a skilled listener, is deeply empathetic, and has a ruthless strategic mind. He has a very casual style which I love but ...is also clearly taking meticulous notes and never misses a detail. Being very new to this process, he recommended a wide range of potential clauses to include in my new contract and supported me through rounds of negotiations and redlines with the new employer. I have engaged with Mr. Adelson in connection with a senior executive severance package with my former Fortune 50 employer in the tech sector. From the beginning, Mr. Adelson was empathetic and resourceful. He provided positive guidance and professional encouragement during a time that was understan...dably gloomy for me. He knew exactly what needed to be done to extract optimum severance terms from my former employer. In order to save me on legal fees, Mr. Adelson coached me to provide some of the background documentation that was required to progress my case. The result was a doubling of my package in less than 3 months of effort. Mr. Adelson is tough negotiator and understands the hot buttons for employers.
