I would highly recommend Attorney Kazarian to handle their case especially litigation such as personal injury, legal malpractice and medical malpractice claims. I have had Attorney Kazarian personally handle my personal injury claim and recommended him to a relative for a medical malpractice claim ...and we both could not have been more pleased with his representation. The staff are extremely friendly and the attorneys always take their time out to talk with you over the phone to answer any questions or concerns. I contacted attorney Kazarian about a personal injury case. I was represented by another attorney that we didn't have faith in. On a Tuesday evening at 7pm he had spent over an hour on the phone answering questions that we had concerning our attorney that we weren't happy with. Kazarian law offices... handle legal malpractice cases and even though half way through the conversation he probably realized that we didn't have a case. He still took the time to answer all of our questions and made us less anxious about the decision we had made with our current attorney. I received several consultations from Attorney Kazarian. All situations involved legal malpractice in two different areas of law. Unfortunately, with the number of attorneys in this state it is not easy sometimes to find one that combines the knowledge, honesty, and compassion. I believe attorney Kaz...arian is one of those lawyers. But even he cannot have in-depth knowledge of all areas of law. And if your situation is not in the area of his expertise he will refer you to someone else who specializes in that area but who also is honest and compassionate.

Chuck takes down major offenders. I was not big game for Chuck. He took my case because it was obvious I needed help. He spoke with my family, and broke down complicated legal language into our vernacular. His legal assesment of the case was so spot on, and so precise it was eerie. This guy has a gen...ius ear for case law. He hears it, processes it, and plays it back exactly as it needs to be heard. He went waaaay out of his way for me and my family, many many times. In my experience with lawyers (all due respect) Chuck is warm blooded...not reptillian, as I have seen and dealt with in the past. That aside, he is a bulldog, and razor sharp with retort. He couldn't have taken better care of me if I were his own neice. He dealt with my father as if he were a brother. I hope I don't have to, but should anyone I know need Malpractice analyzed, broken down, and delivered on a silver platter, Chuck is the man for that job. He can discover the "you don't know what you don't know" issue for us laymen. Lets just say he saved my life, and prevented my father from having a heart attack. He fought for me tirelessly, and for years, with small gain to himself, but he fought for me because he knew my life and family depended on it. I'm sad to say Kazarian has ruined it for other attorneys. I still deal in family attorneys, and find they are not in the least like him. He actually gave a crap. A rare find. I would highly, and I cannot stress this enough...HIGHLY reccomend you at least run your situation by him first. He is nothing if not brutally honest. If he can't help you, he'll find someone who can. If he can help you, you are in the most capable of hands. I can't say enough about his human approach to such a cold set of circumstances. In the end he was able to secure and restore what was taken, and in doing so, he saved a famlily in need, and I suspect it was principle. Sorry for outing him as having such. Very Grateful Client
