Samuel Nagler

I joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 1981 and became a partner in the firm’s transactional group since 1990.

I represent for-profit, non-profit and public clients in the purchase and sale, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. Much of my practice also involves the representation of business clients in the areas of formation, business planning and business acquisitions and sales.

My transactional clients represent a mix of parties from both sides of a transaction: lenders and borrowers; buyers and sellers; and landlords and tenants. I view transactions from various perspectives which enables me to better assist clients navigate the multitude of legal and practical issues inherent in making complex commercial transactions work to their best advantage.

I take particular pride in the fact that many of my clients have been with me throughout most of my career at the firm. I have  participated in the growth of these clients and gain a deep understanding of their businesses and manners of operation. This enables me to be proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues for clients at early and still manageable stages.

My community activities include past service as an officer and Director of Open Table, Inc., a local food pantry; helping found, and serving as an officer of, a non-profit corporation providing scholarships to middle school students in memory of a local student; and helping create a non-profit corporation supporting a high school’s performing arts program.
