I had been through a series of complex legal matters that were botched by some the most reputable lawyers from large firms in Boston. When I had a dispute with one of the law firms about their handling of my case and the fees, and I needed legal representation, I was referred by lawyer acquaintances... to a number of lawyers from large, reputable firms. None of them seemed to know how to approach my case without creating more uncertainty, complexity and exorbitant cost. Mr. Kazarian and Mr. Malloy were practical in terms of determining whether my case had merit or was frivolous, whether an attempt to settle was realistic, whether there were enough damages to make a malpractice suit financially worthwhile, and whether there was enough leverage to bring about an easy settlement. They were clever and insightful about where to find the leverage. They understood the strain that these matters had put on my life and appreciated the value of closure. They made a very fair and manageable financial arrangement with me. After Mr. Kazarian spent two hours discussing the case with me at an initial meeting, I paid a flat fee up front, and their firm absorbed a court fee that was incurred to expedite a court order.
