I contacted attorney Kazarian about a personal injury case. I was represented by another attorney that we didn't have faith in. On a Tuesday evening at 7pm he had spent over an hour on the phone answering questions that we had concerning our attorney that we weren't happy with. Kazarian law offices... handle legal malpractice cases and even though half way through the conversation he probably realized that we didn't have a case. He still took the time to answer all of our questions and made us less anxious about the decision we had made with our current attorney. I received several consultations from Attorney Kazarian. All situations involved legal malpractice in two different areas of law. Unfortunately, with the number of attorneys in this state it is not easy sometimes to find one that combines the knowledge, honesty, and compassion. I believe attorney Kaz...arian is one of those lawyers. But even he cannot have in-depth knowledge of all areas of law. And if your situation is not in the area of his expertise he will refer you to someone else who specializes in that area but who also is honest and compassionate.

This attorney charged me $1,200 for a case assessment and in the initial meeting stated that he would take my case on contingency. One month later when he finally got back to me, he stated that he would only take the case for a substantial amount of money upfront, to take all the risk out of the case... for his firm. From what I understand in a case taken on contingency where there is substantial upside potential for the lawyer, the risk of the case should be shared between client and attorney. This attorney doesn't want to take any risk but wants unlimited upside potential. He only wants home run cases for him, where there is not too much work involved. He reviewed some of the legal paperwork relevant to my case and misunderstood some basic contract clauses. In conclusion if you have a good case you're better off looking elsewhere.
