Roushi and I worked on a family law matter and I was struck by her ability to bring her real world experience to the process. Too often lawyer's get caught up in the theoretical, ignoring the very real emotional impact the legal system can have on both sides of a dispute. I am confident she brings her experience to all of her financially troubled clients. Bankruptcy, or any matter of personal finance, is as dependent upon the client's background and feelings as a divorce or child support matter.
