Having issues with a $11K car purchased from a Boston area dealer and needed advice on lemon law buybacks for a vehicle that needs an expensive $5K timing chain . After receiving an email from my boss that a collection agency just called her about me, my heart sank. Not only was this embarrassing, but it was also none of my boss's business. I called the company and ask why they would call my business, they said because I was not answering my phone. I did apolo...gize and I let them know that because I get a lot of scam calls that if I don't recognize the phone number I do not answer and wait to see if they leave a message. She asked for payment for a card that I used to have. I did inform her that being a wedding Dj I have taken a huge hit from COVID and I, unfortunately do not have money right now. She then questioned my answer and asked me again, "So you don't have even a little bit of money?" I told her that no I do not, that I don't even have the money to buy my kids milk. She then asked when I would have money to pay. I told her I wasn't sure yet. I did ask her to please not call my work or family in the future. She informed me that if they can not reach me that they will continue to contact them. I told her that, that wasn't right and I think against the law. I did inform her that I was going to contact a lawyer. She then suggested that I let my lawyer know that I don't pay my bills. This was the end of our conversation. Immediately after this call I googled collection harassment laws and found Mr. Crick's info. He made me feel safe and secure. There is no better feeling than to know that someone is looking out for you and protecting your rights.

Kevin Crick took his time to speak with me. I have spoken to many attys . Not many understand or even kno how spot Fraud on your Deed. He went out of his way and understood what Harmon law office and BOA did on my deed, it was refreshing speaking to a knowledgeable Atty. Harmon now is tryin to hurry ...my case because he doesn't want anyone to see it. In 2012 Harmon was caught by Martha Coakley making fraudulent documents. Well Marthy Coakley did backdoor deal with Harmon , you can read 2012 article . Makin a billion dollars one house at a time Boston Globe. He knows my deed is total fraud and he doesn't want anyone to look at my deed. He created a Fleet Mtg in 2005 , fleet was no longer able to use Fleet name after 2004 merger, that didn't stop him , its fraud of worse possible way. He stealing my house and he might get away with it .#!! Hopefully his corruption will be exposed. Martha Coakley allowed him to pay 1 million dollars, and he continued to do business as usual. Maybe AG Healy won't let him walk away! He should be disbarred for deliberately creatin false documents on my Deed. He should actually be arrested & given a new address himself. Hopefully Federal prison were a predator like him belongs.
