Dallas is the chair of the firm's Artifical Intelligence Practice Group.
A Southern California native, Dallas attended The University of California, Irvine where he studied Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law. He continued his education at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, where he obtained a Juris Doctor with an emphasis in Tax Law. Dallas also obtained a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Chapman University School of Law.
