I really don't have the words to tell you how great Amy was. She is knowledgeable, passionate and all around amazing. My wife and I had no clue what we were getting into and Amy walked us through step by step. Excellent coaching for the interview and went above and beyond to help us when the medical... staff forgot to check a box. She went out of her way to hand it in because we are so busy and couldn't do it ourselves in a timely manner. Everything was submitted on time and correctly every time and she knows the process so well we her knowledge and presence help calm our nerves. Again I can't say enough good things but just knowing that if we ever have any issues she will help is a feeling money can't buy.
