I am an HHMI postdoctoral scientist doing research in the field of biophysical sciences. Toward the end of my H1B status, I needed to apply for permanent residency to continue my work in the U.S. Adrienne has been extremely helpful during this process of applying for a green card through EB2 NIW. We are a same-sex couple that contacted Adrienne right after DOMA fell to start the proceedings of having my partner come to the US from Germany. We had talked to at least three lawyers in the years previous looking for help and information. Although they always took our money, they told us nothing I couldn't find out from Google myself. When I made the phone call to Adrienne and left a message, she called back fairly quickly and we talked for at least 40 minutes.
