I hired Hieu to draft a prenuptial agreement. He is a wonderful lawyer, very knowledgeable and clear about the entire process, and very kind as well. He worked with me to create an agreement that I felt comfortable with, and explained all the boiler plate language of the prenup clearly. I revised my ...prenup a few times, and he worked with me every step and never made me feel bad for changing my mind about clauses; he really wanted to make sure I felt good signing the document. He also was very agreeable to coordinating with an estate planning attorney to draft an accompanying will, which helped the process feel very cohesive.
