My fiance and I originally despaired of finding a lawyer for our prenup - with a month and a half to go, and two previous lawyers having outright refused to take us on before our wedding, we had (almost) given up all hope.You need six months, everyone said, six months to execute a prenup - and we, po...or souls that we were, had simply learned this fact too late. So you can understand why I say here that having Hieu, who came highly recommended, was nothing short of a miracle. In *three weeks*, he executed our entire prenup from start to end - meeting over the Christmas holidays, holding extensive review calls, thoroughly walking me through my options with a professional chart and template, responding to my harebrained emails with patience and grace (turns out I *can* round my account values down to two decimal places!), all without missing a single legal step. I now possess a 30-page prenup, with _all_ the financial disclosure needed for this to hold up in court, and am about to have my wedding in February stress-free, having achieved something both of us had always wanted. Hieu not only did all this, but could recommend his own excellent opposing counsel, whom my fiance liked at once, so we didn't even have to waste time searching. Did I mention Hieu could do tall this *while* having really reasonable rates? The two lawyers I'd spoken to prior planned to charge twice as much and wouldn't have been half as fast. If you're reading this and wondering if a prenup like what we had with Hieu is for you, we're the sort of practical yuppie couple that could have been happy with HelloPrenup (if it had any actual legal merit) - we'd both wanted them because some of the MA defaults, like separate income becoming joint property, didn't make sense to us, and we thought of the whole thing in the way people think of life insurance: a way to take care of a loved one during the unthinkable. Finding lawyers who understand that and work with that is surprisingly rare. Hieu is stellar at what he does, and I'm so glad I got him. 10/10, would hire again (though hopefully only for postnup modifications :D).

Hieu was great to work with for my Prenuptial Agreement. Highly recommend! He was quick to respond after I first reached. His fee is quite reasonable and even came in under the estimated cost. I hired Hieu to draft a prenuptial agreement. He is a wonderful lawyer, very knowledgeable and clear about the entire process, and very kind as well. He worked with me to create an agreement that I felt comfortable with, and explained all the boiler plate language of the prenup clearly. I revised my ...prenup a few times, and he worked with me every step and never made me feel bad for changing my mind about clauses; he really wanted to make sure I felt good signing the document. He also was very agreeable to coordinating with an estate planning attorney to draft an accompanying will, which helped the process feel very cohesive. I hired Hieu for a prenuptial agreement, and after I explained my financial vision for my fiancé and me, Hieu suggested I may not need a prenuptial agreement after all. I live in-between states, which made our decision trickier, but Hieu did preliminary research and made sure I understood everything.... Even though Hieu’s recommendation to not move forward with a prenup ultimately lessened my hours with him, I respect his integrity and commitment to his clients.
