I can't say enough about Attorney Nguyen. He helped me with my prenupt and then 7 years later was by my side with my complicated and emotionally charged divorce which took almost 2 years to finalize. Even though the divorce was mutually agreed upon, I didn't want the legal process to cause more damag...e between me and my soon to be ex-wife and initially I wasn't sure if a man would have the sensitivity to work with an Asian female. Attorney Nguyen was incredible on all accounts. He listened and was sensitive to cultural differences in communication styles/processes between me and ex but at the same time was able to zero in on key issues and decisions that had to be made which left me feeling reassured and empowered. There were many twists and turns in my process which felt exhausting but Attorney Nguyen persisted, was an excellent guide, and always moved things forward. Attorney Nguyen is responsive, determined, transparent, and sharp. I highly trust and value his work.

I didn't know what to expect in the divorce process. I did know that I like to understand things thoroughly, follow rules, and avoid liability. I also knew that I cared deeply for the wellbeing of my to-be-ex-husband, and navigating the process sensitively was incredibly important. Hieu made sure I u...nderstood everything that was happening--he assuaged my anxieties when I would dream up potential conflict-ridden scenarios. He empowered me to manage the parts of the process that were better off being discussed just between me and my ex-husband--while also being clear about which parts benefitted most from being black and white and from a legal purview. He made the process feel positive and productive despite being one of the most emotionally challenging experiences I've had. I trust him implicitly and enjoyed working with him thoroughly. I will need to come up with another job for him to do, because I'm not sure recommending divorce is the only way I want to have to recommend his work!

I consulted with several attorneys that all gave me the "slimy lawyer vibe" before finding Hieu Nguyen. These other lawyers all talked about a prenup with an eye towards an inevitable divorce rather than thinking about the prenup as a seat belt (hopefully something you'll never need but can save you ...in the event that you do). Not Attorney Nguyen -- he is warm, friendly, professional, and really emphasizes the importance of the client relationship. I immediately felt comfortable and we laughed a lot despite it being an arduous process. I had hired him only for a review, but my fiancee's lawyer was so inexperienced that Attorney Nguyen ended up rewriting the whole thing himself, and the difference between the two drafts showed his obvious experience and depth of knowledge even to a non-legal expert like me. His response and turnaround times are ridiculously fast; he even dedicates himself to the process during his time off and supposed vacations. And on top of all of that, his rates are really competitive! Hire this attorney, you will not be disappointed.

Attorney Hieu T. Nguyen was absolutely fantastic in handling a comprehensive prenuptial agreement with short time constraints that had to be met.
