I would like to let you know that I had super complicated case. It had everything (drama, court cases, suspended license) you name it. Greg asked him: “why can you not make any decisions?” Officer: “because of court cases” Greg:” court cases are dismissed, so that means there is no court cases anymore. Please call your supervisor” He demanded second time. After 10 mins of briefing with supervisor officer came back and said “I apologize, we just grant your approval, we will fix our mistake”. I don’t know how to appreciate him. If Greg was not there with me, I would probably lost everything. Just follow his instructions and he will guide you to victory. I felt like he was as much worried as I am about my case. At the end I asked him if I can hug him and he said “of course”. He was just as happy I was.
