superb attorney

I cannot recommend David White more highly. He is smart, hardworking, accessible, diligent, direct, supportive and has a great sense of humor. I know when he postponed his vacation to meet me and my family in the hospital after a horrendous boating accident, that he was the lawyer for me. I am very thankful for Attorney David White

I could not be more thankful for finding Attorney David White at Breakstone, White & Gluck, PC. In November, 2008 I was injured in a Bonfire Accident due to a person's negligent acts. I sustained 2nd, 3rd and 4th degree burns to my hands, neck and face. The emotional and physical trauma that I underw...ent was unimaginable. So you can imagine my horror when my health insurance company did not want to cover the cost of most of my procedures (due to dispute of medical necessity vs cosmetic procedures), and the Insurance company for the Home that I was injured at did not think they were liable for the cost of my injury either. I was at a complete loss, and did not know who I could turn to for help. Luckily I found David White, who is not only a great attorney, but most importantly, is also a kind, compassionate, and wonderful human being. From the moment that I walked into his office, he treated me with respect and compassion. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and grievances, and offered to take me on as a client. The day that I became his client, was the first day that I was able to focus on my recovery both physically and emotionally. He immediately took over my fight with the Insurance Companies, and let me focus on what was most important to me; my physical and emotional well-being. He was always easily available via phone, e-mail, or in person and took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. He also took over all communication with the insurance companies, which took a huge emotional weight off my shoulders. He took the stress off of me with the insurance companies, and made sure that the cost of my procedures were covered. Because of this I was able to return to college and graduate as a Nurse, all thanks to David. As of March, 2014 because of David White and his firms diligence, hard work and effort, my case was settled. The cost of my many procedures (over 26) were covered, and I was awarded a settlement for the emotional and physical suffering that I had undergone. Because of David White and his Firm, I am beginning to move on with my life, and have finally found acceptance. There are no words to describe in full depth how truly thankful I am and always will be to David White and Breakstone, White & Gluck, PC.

Honest, sincere, and extremely talented

I had the pleasure of meeting David through an old co-worker when I needed some serious help. I had been in two accidents in 10 months and suffered significant injuries that landed me in the hospital on the second one. I was a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle which was traveling through the ...scene of an accident. My left leg was shattered and I had multiple lacerations externally and internally. I went through two lawyers, and had lost all faith in the system and for a successful outcome until I had my first meeting with David. I knew he was special from the moment I met him. David has passion that overflows and knowledge that will astound you. He also made me feel as if I were his only client at all times, always keeping me informed of the status of my case. It would be easy to feel intimidated in such a vulnerable situation, but that was never an option. David made sure I was happy and comfortable with all that was taking place. My favorite part about him is that he treated me with grand respect. I could always feel that he genuinely cared personally about my case. Considering my previous experiences with lawyers (one was even a relative) I was unsure what to expect. David fulfilled and exceeded all expectations I could ever have. It was so great to finally reach a conclusion with my case, one which I was extremely happy and satisfied with. I feel blessed to have met with, and worked with David and know that I not only made a connection with an amazing and talented lawyer, but I also made a friend.

You won't find a better attorney

Strangely enough, I found David White from an on-line article in which he had given free advice on a radio program (can't remember which one). I thought, "Now here's an attorney who cares enough to give back". I had a personal injury case that required David to wade through 15 years of my medical h...istory, and go up against a giant corporation. He did an excellent job which resulted in a settlement I am happy with. The hardest thing to convey about David, though, is just how NICE he is. I could say he's sincere, has integrity, and is an amazingly skilled lawyer. But the bottom line is, in addition to his expertise and professionalism, he is a very nice person, who will actually CARE about your case. I called him with question after question, often silly ones, and he always made time to answer and never made me feel foolish. If you are looking for an EXCELLENT lawyer, and also one who has a moral compass, this is your man. Thanks David!!!

Clobbered by a car!

I suppose to a personal injury lawyer there are simple cases. If you are injured and have no idea how to navigate through the world of insurance companies, nothing seems simple. I engaged David after being clobbered by a car while riding a bicycle. Right from the start it was clear to my wife ...and I that we were unprepared deal with the various insurers involved on our own. We went shopping for an attorney to help us. My basic requirement was that I wouldn't have to start the relationship with the attorney by explaining what I was doing riding my bicycle to work. It seems a small thing, but I wanted an attorney that wouldn't think I was some kind of nut for commuting to work by bicycle. I found David on the internet. Among the various attorneys that claimed a specialty of bicycle accidents his site had information that was head and shoulders more informative about bicycle specific issues than the rest of the pack. On meeting him it was clear that he had a personal interest in cycling, and required no explanations about my own cycling interest. All that was all about touchy feelly things that had to do with selecting an attorney that i felt good about. I suspect that my case did not present him with any professional challenge, and I'm an engineer so most of the lawyer issues are beyond my expertise. I can mostly comment on the specifics of what he did, and what I didn't have to do. He explained the process of how the claim would unfold, and what would happen when. He collected all the relevant information that would be useful in negotiations and in the event of a trial. He dealt with all the insurance companies involved. He collected all of the receipts for the long months of medical procedures, submitted those to the other parties insurance company, and paid me off as the claims were cleared. He negotiated a settlement with the other parties insurance. He negotiated a payment to my medical insurance out of the settlement that I received. I suspect that this did not present a challenge to his legal skills. What I do know is that it represents a lot of interaction with the insurance companies that I didn't have to be involved in. That's significant to me because I had no basis for understanding how that interaction should go obtain an optimal result for me. Along the way David was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and kept the settlement percolating along until we finally settled. I'm satisfied with the settlement I received, and while I hope I never again have an injury that requires consulting an attorney, if the circumstance were to arise, I would not hesitate to call on David White.
