Exceptional Expert!
I interviewed at least eight lawyers before deciding to work with Marsha. It was important for me to hire a lawyer whose firm was large enough to include a certified public accountant but not so big it was impersonal. The law office of Marsha Kazarosian offered exactly what I needed; personalized, expert, and professional counsel to resolve a highly contentious divorce. Marsha kept me informed and up to date on all the complexities of my case including business appraisals, consultations with a guardian ad litem, multiple depositions and hearings. Her attention to detail and focus on ensuring a safe and equitable outcome for me and my child can not be overstated. There were times when I was sure my divorce would never be settled but Marsha’s tireless confidence never wavered.

Exceptional Expertise
Following my husband’s tragic death, Marsha came to my aid during a contentious family matter. Her legal expertise, compassion and unflappability navigated a maze of unexpected challenges. I felt heard every step of the way and Marsha aptly provided me with access to other team members who specialize in areas that are outsider her domain. Her responsiveness made all the difference.

Intelligent and strategic thinker in the court room
I required Marsha's service for a challenging divorce case involving the possibility of a trial. Marsha is an experienced trial lawyer and I found her to be intensely focused on preparation on both applicable laws and how best to apply evidence. While in the court room she executed her strategy flawlessly and my success was literally assured. My X-wife changed counsel three times in order to try to create an effective defense, but Marsha was just too powerful in the court room. I feel that I will forever be obligated to her because of the intensity she applied in her efforts. I will go on to say that had we lost, I would feel that we absolutely gave it our best effort and have no regrets. But it was obvious from the beginning that the combination of an intelligent strategy delivered with intense execution proved to be too powerful for three different lawyers to combat.

Best Lawyer in Massachusetts
Attorney Kazarosian represented me in my extemely difficult divorce. She is not only professional, kind and caring, but her thorough knowledge of the law is above and beyond anything I have witnessed before. Attorney Kazarosian put me at ease and I felt so comfortable, because I knew from her many years of experience with trying cases and her many successful outcomes, I had nothing to worry about. Attorney Kazarosian and her team pay an extremely attention to every single detail. No stone is left unturned. Her firm is the best team of lawyers I could have ever hired. What drew me to hire Attorney Kazarosian was her years of dedication to the law in Massachusetts. Along with the fact her father was an extremely successful lawyer, her education and experience. Marsha’s sons are also successful Attorneys. Marsha has also won many high profile and low profile cases. In both situations. Because of her education, experience, President of Massachusetts Bar Association, her extreme detailed knowledge of the law, I hired her to represent me in my divorce. In court Attorney Kazarosian is well respected by her colleagues and judges. I felt confident going into court knowing Marsha was by my side and I had nothing to be concerned about. She took care of everything. Attorney Kazarosian is also very compassionate and understanding. She patiently would listen and answered any questions I had regarding my case. Marsha has a passion and dedication to the law and her clients, which is why I know she is one of the top Attorneys in the country. Marsha’s team of lawyers and professionals work together for the best representation for each and every one of their clients, including me. I felt important and never did I feel anything else while being represented by Attorney Kazarosian. In the end I am happy to say, that Marsha successfully won my case. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. I wanted what was fair and just, and she successfully obtained that goal for me. I would most highly recommend Attorney Kazarosian for any cases where a person wants/needs an attorney and law practice that will professionally and successfully represent them in a court of law. Thank you Marsha, Linda, Janet and team for all your dedication and time for winning what was right and just for me!!!!!!!!’ If I ever need lawyers again, you will be the first ones I call! Success! An Amazing Legacy to her name
Attorney Marsha Kazarosian lives up to her name and more. She not only has an incredible knowledge and respect with the law but more importantly she truly cares about her clients and their rights. I have never seen or felt someone fight for my family the way she did. For the first time in a five year battle hiring her and her "house" I felt protected, heard, and cared about. She won our case but it wasn't us who won it was our child who won. She is the best of the best and an investment that will be celebrated now for a lifetime. In a scary world of court she goes before you with Strength and Commitment. My family will be forever grateful and she is a true gift.

"In law school it was apparent that Marsha would be an outstanding trial attorney. Like her father before her, Marsha takes on difficult and ground-breaking cases. Marsha is passionate about access to justice for all. Marsha has the ability to communicate with everyone. She is the first person I call when I have a client who requires representation in a divorce, as a result of an injury or has been the victim of discrimination. Her knowledge of the substantive law as well as civil procedure in state and federal courts is outstanding. I have witnessed Marsha preparing for a case and in the courtroom. She is the most prepared attorney. Her judgment is impeccable. Marsha's expertise, integrity and compassion make her a superb attorney."
