Avvo requested this review after I communicated with this lawyer. I am happy to do write one since Mr. Kenney sent a prompt, courteous, and helpful email reply to my request for assistance. I did not actually consult with him in the true sense of the word though, so this review is limited. Mr. Kenney... was not available to take my case but he encouraged me to pursue finding a lawyer swiftly, given the deadline I was under. He also provided a link to the Mass Bar Association to help with this effort. I had reached out to many different lawyers through Avvo in an attempt to find the right one. I would say that approximately 30% of them replied. The fact that Mr. Kenney did reply and replied quickly, even though he could not take the case, I think says something about his character. The fact that he expressed concern and offered a link to the MBAssociation, ... says even more. You can draw your own inferences. :) I hope this is helpful!
