I met with a few attorneys before finding Tracy. Right off the bat, I knew Tracy was the best attorney to represent me in my Divorce proceeding. First off Tracy and I met to ensure that she was clear on the dynamics of the divorce and how she expected the case would proceed based on our discussio...n. She was clear and honest and provided insight into past experiences as well. From the beginning I could also tell that she cared about the case and my best interests as well. This held true throughout all the proceedings. She would always share her thoughts on the situations at hand but also gave me the freedom to make my own decision if desired. It was a great partnership and worked out extremely well. I highly recommend Tracy as she is not your typical attorney. She is open and honest and will work closely with you throughout the case. It was not the easiest of times going thru this divorce but Tracy truly made it easier and comforting to know that I would get thru this and get to a desirable outcome. Low and hold we did. I hired Tracy as my attorney half way through my divorce when my first lawyer stopped responding, and when I was worried about my son. She fought off my wife's emergency motion for custody, and she helped me figure out the best way to handle my soon-to-be-ex-wife, the therapists, and how to move forw...ard on dividing marital assets and debts. She helped me get things turned around, and the divorce finalized, with an agreement that ended up with a fair division, and saving me a lot more in attorney's fees. I would highly recommend her.
