Had a great expereince with David

David helped reviewing a last minute immigration packet. Was very flexible and managed to accommodate me on the same day, very very knowledgeable and familiar with the process + reasonable pricing. Would absolutely recommend him.

Retained Attorney Flashenburg's services in selling my home. He was reliable, responsive, effective and fairly priced. What more could you ask for?

Cannot Recommend

I unfortunately cannot review David Flashenburg positively. I was referred to him through a work legal plan. After our initial phone conversation I never heard back. I contacted him roughly 3 weeks later. At that point David said his client load was too heavy and could not help me with my case. Being... in Customer Service, I know if your work load is to large you do not take new work until you are caught up. I have a suspicion David "took" my call and claim just so he could file a bill and be paid regardless of doing any actual work on the case. I do not recommend David Flashenburg.

I am truly sorry I was unable to take your matter on at the time of your call. I can assure you that I currently have a high volume of work and have since brought on additional counsel to help with my case load. I certainly did not bill your legal plan, as I am only paid by the plan for work completed.
