Knowledgeable, Ethical & Excellent Advocate

Did an excellend job!
Attorney Flashenburg did an excellent job handling my real estate closing. Our sale/transaction nearly did not go forward because of the buyers' attorney's incompetence addressing a title issue which was her responsibility. Attorney Flashenburg resolved the issue to everyone's amazement and our closing took place as scheduled where otherwise a one to two week delay would have occurred.

Cannot Recommend
I unfortunately cannot review David Flashenburg positively. I was referred to him through a work legal plan. After our initial phone conversation I never heard back. I contacted him roughly 3 weeks later. At that point David said his client load was too heavy and could not help me with my case. Being in Customer Service, I know if your work load is to large you do not take new work until you are caught up. I have a suspicion David "took" my call and claim just so he could file a bill and be paid regardless of doing any actual work on the case. I do not recommend David Flashenburg.

I am truly sorry I was unable to take your matter on at the time of your call. I can assure you that I currently have a high volume of work and have since brought on additional counsel to help with my case load. I certainly did not bill your legal plan, as I am only paid by the plan for work completed.
