We met Michael in a refinance closing and were immediately impressed with his friendly but professional and efficient manner. The impression he left led to our hiring him directly when we sold our home shortly thereafter. Michael was especially helpful because the sale of the house was managed w...ith me traveling for work and my wife at home. It took a little extra coordination and effort with me being 6 hours behind and having to communicate a lot by email. But Michael handled it beautifully and at a competitive rate (compared to another fee we had been quoted). We did not run into any real difficulty with the sale but as to Michael's advocacy on our behalf, there was a small hiccup when the buyer tried to change the closing date. Michael handled everything for us and kept the date as planned without any trouble. Lastly, Michael is a very personable and friendly guy who took the time to get to know us a bit. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't all business all the time. But at the same time he was never prying into too much detail. We felt very comfortable talking with him about the personal side of things. Selling a home that's been in my family for almost 50 years was a significant event and Michael clearly understood that. I really can't say enough nice tings about him. I definitely would recommend him to anyone.
