Job very well done on Environmental Law

I planned to build a house in Cohasset and submitted an application to Cohasset Conservation Commission for their approval of my project. They denied my project, and I brought the matter to DEP and the Superior Court. In the process, I hired Attorney Mitchell to litigate my case. Attorney Mitchell wa...s always prompt throughout the whole process, prepared very good argument for the court, and presented it to the court. I could see how well he prepared himself for my case through his arguments. In some sense, it was clear to me that he was better prepared than the judge herself. He argued from the law, not from innuendos, down to the last detail.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
