Seeking estate planning, I found Tom on the Internet and chose him without viewing any references. I made a great choice. After spending 10 minutes with Tom it was obvious that he is an expert on Massachusetts estate planning. I needed everything - a will, all the health care documents, a power of a...ttorney - the whole package. He absolutely and obviously understood all of these items and .clearly advised me as to what options were available to me, while carefully explaining the ramifications of each option. He did not rush through the process and he does not charge by the hour. I believe he takes personal and professional pride in creating air tight, rock solid estate plans. Additionally, Tom went out of his way to make the process as convenient and efficient as possible. He offered to meet with me at my home, which I accepted, and at that time we agreed upon what level of estate planning I needed and began the process of making estate decisions. A week later he returned to my home where we made some final adjustments and set up an appointment to sign and notarize the documents. We met at an office close to my home, and Tom provided the legally required witnesses - a huge time saver for me. When I left with the the papers in my hand, I felt I had done all the right things to protect myself and my family. It is a good feeling. In conclusion, Tom is very good at what he does and makes the process painless. I highly recommend him.

Tom was recommended to us by another lawyer who could not take our case. He said he had seen Tom in court and was very impressed, eventhough he had never met him. We met with Tom and liked him instantly. He discussed our case and options and kept the dates he gave us as far as letters he wrote and... email updates. He resolved our case within a month and gave us back some our retainer money. Also, he met with us at our home on more than one occassion and worked around our schedule. We are going back to him for help with updating our trusts and wills.
