My wife and I hired Atty. Marks after a reference from an associate of ours. We wanted Wills, Healthcare proxies, Power of Atty., trust for each of us, and an irrevocable trust for our home. We met with Tom for an hour to explain what we want to accomplish. We had laid out how trust payments would be... handled and by whom. It was very simple ( I thought).
