Gary Avratin was recommended to me by a friend. I have since recommended him 3 times. The divorce process is not easy. The legal process is long and can be incredibly frustrating. I think, Gary was a great lawyer and advocate for me as I moved along in the process. He listened and responded to me in... a timely manner. He wants to do the right thing for his clients. Helene was a constant professional adding her insights as needed along the way. They make a great team. Gary Avratin is a miracle worker! I highly recommend him to anyone who is going through the difficult process of a divorce. In five months, Gary brought an end to my legal nightmare that had been dragging on for almost three years. Gary Avartin has been our lawyer for over a year. During that time we have worked together very closely, jointly developing strategies and dealing with all the issues that come up with divorce cases. We have been before the court for many emergency motions, a full trial and contempt charges (agains...t the other party) after the trial. Gary is an exceptional Attorney.I retained Gary for a child support issue which went to trial and he proceeded with great focus and strategy! Prior to trial, every effort was made to settle but it was not in my best interest. Gary was able to present me with all the facts that led to this decision. H...is mission is well calculated and he does not shoot from the hip in order to quickly increase your legal fees. He is bright, caring, experienced, hard working, loyal, honest and trustworthy. Gary has been excellent since the very beginning of my case. He was clear on what I needed to do, what he needed from me, and what he would provide. He gave sound advice throughout the process. He knows the law and the legal system, as well as the judges and other lawyers. The respect that he has ea...rned and his relationships are invaluable in navigating this process. He is available by phone, email and text, even on weekends when necessary. He is also very busy, since he is in high demand, so I learned to trust that if I left a message and the situation needed immediate action he would be on it. If I didn't hear back right away, then my issue was not a crisis and I could relax and he would get back to me as soon as possible. Divorce is a miserable experience to go through, but Gary helped make it manageable and got me the best possible outcome. I would absolutely hire him again.
