We hired Jay to sell and then close on our home in Haverhill. He was amazing! Our closing was delayed (through no fault of Jay's) and we were very close to having the whole deal fall apart. Jay came in to this case not expecting how difficult it would actually be. This nine month monstrosity did not deter him. He was able to go through mounds of discovery thoroughly just days before our first meeting. When you are his client he makes you feel like you are his only client.
