Represented the landlord who intentionally turned off the tenants water, that being said, Judge wanted the issue criminal sanction and awarded triple damage against landlord. After my office was retai ... ned, I was able to reduced the damages that were awarded from the rent arrears and was able to evict the tenant with an agreement while in court that same day. This saved the landlord from having to serve the 30 day required notice and the required summons and saved the landlord the cost of filing fees and additional attorney fees. - This case was an amazing outcome and I also able to dismiss the suit that was brought on by the Tenants.
