I am an experienced trial attorney and litigator. I have been representing individuals and families throughout Massachusetts for almost three decades in matters of family law, personal injury and criminal defense. I understand the necessity of extensive preparation and how preparatoin translates to a position of strength at trial and throughout the negotiation process. I am committed to representing my clients to the best of my ability and to providing quality legal services at a reasonable cost.
My role as an advocate extends beyond the court room. My team and I are experienced in working with experts in various fields in preparation for trial and settlement negotiations, including certified public accountants, business appraisers, pension appraisers, actuaries, vocational experts, economists, security experts, real estate appraisers, psychologists, physicians, chiropractors and nurses.
My team and I have extensive experience in high conflict divorce and custody matters, which often involve working with guardian ad litems regarding custody issues, parenting issues, and issues related to waivers of privilege for children. We also work with child psychologists in this regard.
My team and I are experienced in dealing with high value divorce clients, executives and other professionals and are experienced in working with experts to value assets in all types of divorce cases including those that are unique to high value divorce matters, such as business valuations and stock options.
I've had the pleasure of speaking at a number of educational and informative engagements dealing with litigation, divorce, custody, asset valuation and alimony.
I recognize that our clients are often in crisis and require compassion, understanding and guidance. I advise my clients throughout the process and keep them informed along the way.
I've had considerable success as a litigator. I invite you to review a sampling of cases, results and detailed testimonials in the testimonial and results sections of website at www.attorneydavidgabriel.com. I look forward to serving you.
