In every criminal matter, there is an enormous amount at risk. Often times, it is a person's very freedom that hangs in the balance. I will leave no stone unturned to protect my clients and to defend their interests whatever the situation and whatever the obstacles. I take every case very seriously and go to great lengths to spend extensive time getting to know my clients. My primary goal is to first build a relationship of trust with each client. I understand that negotiating through the legal process is frightening and confusing, especially if someone has never been involved in the court system before. It is my responsibility to make certain that each client has a full understanding of the court proceedings so that each person feels that his or her voice has been heard.
I have been practicing law for almost 15 years in the District, Superior and Probate and Family courts in Essex, Middlesex and Suffolk counties and throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I firmly believe that an effective advocate must not only know the law but must know and be known in all of the local courts. I have spent many years developing a reputation for being a fierce, tenacious advocate for my clients, a reputation of which I am very proud.

Amazing
Attorney Reilly really came through for us. A family member was facing jail time , and the situation was dire. The DA was gunning for jail and would not give up . Attorney Reilly was like a pit bull and went nose to nose with the DA. My family member got probation. It was all we hoped for and such a ...

Simply the Best
Attorney Reilly helped me remove a thirty year old conviction from my record and acquirer my firearms licence to carry. I had a conviction from a charge that was mishandled years ago. Atty Reilly navigated the legal system and systematically reversed each conviction. Her legal knowledge and famili...

The best legal council
Nichole Reillly absolutely astonished me. Her intelligence and knowledge during my case was second to none. After our case was won multiple lawyers in the court room approached Mrs Reilly just to shake her hand and say things like "that was brilliant great job". Fantastic legal council.

Very professional and aggresive
I worked with Attorney Riley during a very tedious, intricate child custody battle. I was very impressed in the way she handled the case from beginning to end. She was honest, caring and aggressive which lead to a great outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends.
"I endorse this lawyer. Nicole is a great resource for other attorneys and a very competent litigator."
"I have known attorney Reilly for several years. She is an excellent lawyer who works hard for her clients. I highly recommend her."
"I endorse this lawyer. After reviewing many of Attorney Reilly's responses to complicated legal matters it is clear that she has the utmost knowledge of criminal law and criminal defense. She is a great asset to the criminal defense bar and I wholeheartedly endorse her."
"I endorse Nicole without reservation as an experienced and very effective professional in the field of Criminal Defense."
