My husband and I were laid off from our jobs in the same year. This was the same year the recession in the U.S. began making new jobs nearly impossible to find. As we were unable to keep up with our bills we realized that we would have to declare bankruptcy. This was not an easy decision to make but we had no other choice. We chose Nina Parker because her practice is in the town where we live. It proved to be an extremely lucky choice. We were treated with complete respect by Ms Parker and her entire staff. This was something we badly needed. But even more important than that we were expertly led and counseled throgh every difficult step of declaring bankruptcy. It's been over six years since we began with the bankruptcy and Ms Parker and her staff are still there to help us as we begin anew with the bankruptcy now behind us. I highly recommend Nina Parker if you considering bankruptcy. You truly can't find a better lawyer!

The day I called Nina I was a total mess. We were caught up in something that wasn't of our making and completely clueless on what to do. On top of that we were miles away in another state. She assured me that we could do this long distance with her help. We have spent time on the phone and many many emails have been exchanged.
Nina has worked tirelessly to resolve our case. Holding my hand and explaining each step in terms we could understand. She fought to get us the best possible outcome.
It has taken nearly 2 years to complete. She has stood between us and our adversaries. Making sure what happened was fair as possible for all concerned. I know she worked before and after office hours, even going in on a Sunday when a deadline was quickly approaching.
She has guided us through the legal system with honesty and patience. She genuinely cares about her clients and it show in the way she works for them.
Anytime I called her office staff was always extremely polite and helpful. I knew if I left a message she'd receive it.
Although I hope never to need her expertise again, I wouldn't hesitate to call her if we did.

Nina is unlike any lawyer with whom I've ever worked. I am a business owner of a SME. I have dealt with lawyers for 30+ years regarding business, real estate, taxes, contracts and non-profits. Nina taught me more about financial instruments than any lawyer over the past 30 years in NYC.
Nina is more than just brilliant and experienced in the law around judgments, liens and bankruptcy; she is principled and incorruptible so don't try to BS her. She has only your best interest top of mind and will always give you alternative tools to best address one's situation. Her reputation with her peers makes her a standout and she is probably the most respected lawyer I've ever witnessed by her colleagues and clients.
She is more than fair in her fees and promotes self-help so as to keep overall costs as low as possible. Additionally, she and her staff are supportive, kind and available for far too many ridiculous hours. If you are facing hard financial decisions, personal or business, this is the lawyer for you.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
