Honest, trustworthy, tough, smart and unsurpassed integrity.

Nina is unlike any lawyer with whom I've ever worked. I am a business owner of a SME. I have dealt with lawyers for 30+ years regarding business, real estate, taxes, contracts and non-profits. Nina taught me more about financial instruments than any lawyer over the past 30 years in NYC. Nina i...s more than just brilliant and experienced in the law around judgments, liens and bankruptcy; she is principled and incorruptible so don't try to BS her. She has only your best interest top of mind and will always give you alternative tools to best address one's situation. Her reputation with her peers makes her a standout and she is probably the most respected lawyer I've ever witnessed by her colleagues and clients. She is more than fair in her fees and promotes self-help so as to keep overall costs as low as possible. Additionally, she and her staff are supportive, kind and available for far too many ridiculous hours. If you are facing hard financial decisions, personal or business, this is the lawyer for you.

Simply put The Best!

As a disabled individual, who also spent years caring for a seriously disabled parent, finding an attorney to help me navigate the financial distress of bankruptcy due to loss of lucrative professional income and mounting expenses (two family homes, parental-self health-medical care, dwindling saving...s-retirement funds) I researched attorneys and found Nina Parker & Associates. Nina and her staff are friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and available. Attorney Parker and her office went out of their way to ensure any meetings, discussions, documents were coordinated to accommodate to fit my access-availability, and always occurred seamlessly. I have found Nina and her staff to be exceptionally qualified a big positive in my decision to go forward for initial process and other legal matters. Nina Parker knows her stuff, she coaches and nurtures you through a daunting process, communicates openly and truly cares about her clients. It is based on my positive interactions, with Nina Parker and her staff, which has me return to her for legal assistance, general questions, or colleague referral(s). Nina Parker is one fabulous lawyer. I highly recommend her services, without hesitation.

Does not like disable people beware

This law firm stay away if you are a disable person and very ill and need the help of a bankruptcy Attorney. She does not return calls once she knows you can not drive to her office. Will not meet with my wife and me at my house because I am 100 percent disabled just got home from 6 months in the hos...pital and am dying slowly, I only have 1 leg and the other has little movement my wife can not leave me alone and what do they do. They say sorry if you can not come to our office to bad. That is no way to treat a disable, sadden , down and out family. She has NO HEART I did not want it for free I just needed help, I was not meeting her alone my wife is here and never returns your phone calls once she knows you need other arrangements to get a consultation , She does not like Disable People acts like she has no use for them. We are in the world too maybe not as long as I would like but we disable people do walk the earth like it or not. Cold heart person and law firm stay away please. Do not let them make you feel like they made my wife and me feel.

We strive to provide caring and compassionate legal services to those in need. I am sorry to read your comments as we endeavor to accommodate the legal services needs of all potential clients. When an individual wishes to retain our services but is not able to make it to our office for health reasons, we offer a meeting via SKPYE. I remember that we did that in your case, as well. I am sorry that you did not follow through with the offer to meet in that manner. If you are still in need of compassionate and high-quality legal representation, we would be more than happy to schedule a “virtual meeting.” I’m sure you can understand, however, that for safety reasons we cannot go to the homes of potential clients whom we have never met. We have a long record of representing people with difficult financial circumstances and are committed to facilitating the delivery of legal services to people with disabilities. We would still like to help you.

Dependable, professional & supportive

Atty. Nina Parker, has been my attorney for over 3 years. She has been extremely professional and has kept me informed about many legal issues that go along with selling a family business. She has always been straight forward & has not hesitated to inform me about both the positive and negative res...ults of a decision that I have been faced with as I go through this arduous & often emotionally draining experience. One thing that has impressed me the most is her sensitivity to the family issues. Atty. Parker has promptly returned my calls. The legal papers she has prepared have been fully representative of my case. I am very impressed with her and would recommend her services to anyone going through a bankruptcy. Atty. Parker was highly recommended to me by another attorney that I had worked with for many years. Her staff has also be very responsive and professional.

Excellent attorney--Would retain again without hesitation

I have found Nina and her practice to be highly supportive and responsive to my needs. She provided helpful guidance to help me understand and seamlessly navigate the process to resolve my problem and work to restore my credit. Nina and her colleagues are respectful, knowledgeable, responsive to ti...me-sensitive concerns, and have kept me informed of necessary steps along the way. Declaring bankruptcy can be a stressful and embarrassing life event--nobody ever wants to be in such a situation. For that reason, it is all the more important to carefully select legal representation that is able to provide effective and high-quality service when you need them the most. I am quite happy I chose Parker and Associates and enthusiastically recommend their services without hesitation. Money well spent.
