A great decision ....

The idea of filing for personal bankruptcy was was a challenging and emotional decision for me and my family. What I needed was someone who was experienced and respected, but who truly cared about what was best for us. Choosing Nina Parker to represent me with this process was an incredibly effectiv...e solution to our dilemma. From our first consultation, Ms. Parker and her staff inspired our confidence and eased our concerns. Every client brings their unique circumstance, and Nina analyzed our situation with sincerity, care and compassion while navigating on our behalf with her decades of professional experience. It was clear that her reputable practice was trusted and respected by the “system” as she guided us through every stage of our filing process with intuitive skill. She and her team were always responsive and available to us culminating in our ultimate discharge ... on time and on budget. What began as an unknown and intimidating concept, resulted in a seamless and (dare I say) comfortable experience. What a relief … a great decision.

Thoughtful, compassionate, thorough and skilled!

I cannot speak highly enough about Nina Parker. Nina has provided legal representation for my parents during a very difficult and painful experience they are enduring. Throughout the entire ordeal, Nina has been thoughtful, supportive, non-judgmental, patient, flexible, understanding and responsive. ...She and her team are incredibly skilled in helping navigate people through murky and difficult waters. Nina is passionate about the support she provides to her clients and has time and again gone above and beyond to deliver empathy and sage advice. Should you require the expertise, advice and representation of an attorney with her particular skill set, I would absolutely recommend hiring Nina and her firm. She has been the silver lining during an otherwise very painful experience.

Extremely knowledgeable, makes every effort for her clients.

The day I called Nina I was a total mess. We were caught up in something that wasn't of our making and completely clueless on what to do. On top of that we were miles away in another state. She assured me that we could do this long distance with her help. We have spent time on the phone and many many... emails have been exchanged. Nina has worked tirelessly to resolve our case. Holding my hand and explaining each step in terms we could understand. She fought to get us the best possible outcome. It has taken nearly 2 years to complete. She has stood between us and our adversaries. Making sure what happened was fair as possible for all concerned. I know she worked before and after office hours, even going in on a Sunday when a deadline was quickly approaching. She has guided us through the legal system with honesty and patience. She genuinely cares about her clients and it show in the way she works for them. Anytime I called her office staff was always extremely polite and helpful. I knew if I left a message she'd receive it. Although I hope never to need her expertise again, I wouldn't hesitate to call her if we did.

Does not like disable people beware

This law firm stay away if you are a disable person and very ill and need the help of a bankruptcy Attorney. She does not return calls once she knows you can not drive to her office. Will not meet with my wife and me at my house because I am 100 percent disabled just got home from 6 months in the hos...pital and am dying slowly, I only have 1 leg and the other has little movement my wife can not leave me alone and what do they do. They say sorry if you can not come to our office to bad. That is no way to treat a disable, sadden , down and out family. She has NO HEART I did not want it for free I just needed help, I was not meeting her alone my wife is here and never returns your phone calls once she knows you need other arrangements to get a consultation , She does not like Disable People acts like she has no use for them. We are in the world too maybe not as long as I would like but we disable people do walk the earth like it or not. Cold heart person and law firm stay away please. Do not let them make you feel like they made my wife and me feel.

We strive to provide caring and compassionate legal services to those in need. I am sorry to read your comments as we endeavor to accommodate the legal services needs of all potential clients. When an individual wishes to retain our services but is not able to make it to our office for health reasons, we offer a meeting via SKPYE. I remember that we did that in your case, as well. I am sorry that you did not follow through with the offer to meet in that manner. If you are still in need of compassionate and high-quality legal representation, we would be more than happy to schedule a “virtual meeting.” I’m sure you can understand, however, that for safety reasons we cannot go to the homes of potential clients whom we have never met. We have a long record of representing people with difficult financial circumstances and are committed to facilitating the delivery of legal services to people with disabilities. We would still like to help you.
