I wish I had read the blistering negative reviews on Yelp and Google Maps about this law firm before I hired them. This is how it went: On September 17, 2019, I deposited $7500 in my retainer account. On September 27, 2019 I deposited $20,000 in my retainer account. Just 13 business days later o...n October 15, 2019, I received a voicemail from Samantha Nestor in billing requesting another $20,000 be added to my retainer account. On October 16, I received a follow up e-mail from Ms. Nestor stating “ you have a credit balance of $1,477.52. However, Attorney Cervizzi is requesting an additional $20,000.00 to CONTINUE with representation. My retainer was depleted $18,522.48 in just 13 business days (Columbus Day your office was closed). This all happened BEFORE a pre-trial conference. I can only imagine how much my divorce would have cost if I did not FIRE this firm. NEED I SAY MORE…
