Laura J. Cervizzi

I initially called Cervizzi and associates for a consolation in an emergency situation involving custody. They were very responsive. I got them on the phone the same day. They were helpful with education about my rights, and gave me possible scenarios/ plans. After hearing good things from other cli...ents and the great consultation, I hired attorney Walsh and she helped guide me through a grueling 2.5 year custody battle. The firm is a well oiled machine with great billing, paralegals and secretaries while still being personal and taking the time to get to know me and my situation. They worked with me on finances and were available for regular communication during the more intensive and stressful parts of my case. I have not met attorney Cervizzi herself but Attorney Walsh is down to earth, realistic, compassionate and always well prepared. I have now worked with this firm through a very long custody case involving a GAL as well as multiple contempt hearings and a restraining order. I highly recommend them.

I walked in to Cervizzi and Associates law firm in 2013, a single Father having just lost custody of my daughter unjustly after 8 1/2 years. I brought the firm the most highly contested, confrontational case perhaps in the history of Middlesex Probate and Family Court, six bulging file folders and th...is was only a paternity case. Most of the time when hiring an attorney, you will get an attorney that will file motions, submit pleadings on your behalf and do the best they can to serve your best interest. This was not my experience with Cervizzi law. After reviewing my extensive case, Attorney Cervizzi sat me down and told me that she felt a clear injustice had been perpetrated upon my daughter and myself. She vowed to me on that day that she would do everything in her power to right the wrongs of the court and correct the injustice that had occurred against my daughter and myself. Her entire team sat down and painstakingly devised a long term strategy to do so as they knew this would be no easy task. Demanding my faith and cooperation, the entire law firm worked on my behalf to implement this plan meticulously and methodically. They welcomed my input and insight. I wasn't just a client, I was a part of their team, something I had never experienced prior to enlisting their services from any of my many previous attorneys. Throughout this very emotional and difficult process, they were not only there for me to handle the legal aspects of my case but were always there for me to help me deal with the emotional roller coaster I had to endure. They were extremely frugal with my monetary costs and I can say with absolute certainty, I got the most bang for my buck humanly possible. You see this was not "just another case" for Cervizzi law. My daughter and I were human beings. Human beings that were hurting and in desperate need of help. I felt the entire practice was invested in us both professionally and emotionally. Our own personal Crusaders on a mission to do what was right and just. Whenever the time came to walk into that courtroom repeatedly, they were never afraid to ruffle some feathers. I can honestly say that not once did they "go along to get along" which happens far too frequently. They willfully put their own reputations on the line in front of countless judges to rightfully advocate for me and my family and that is extremely rare in such a contested case. They were fearless and that was exactly what was needed to turn my case around. On June 13th 2016, the most important person in the world was returned to me after she endured a horrific experience out of my care and custody. Now 12 years old, I wake up everyday to the most beautiful, glowing and happy little girl you could ever imagine. Wrongs were set right, justice prevailed and an entire family's lives were made whole again. I honestly believe that no other law firm would have, or could have won this case except Cervizzi and Associates. I am forever connected to and indebted to Laura Cervizzi and her team. I am still so emotionally overwhelmed by my experience, I have yet to been able to walk into the Cervizzi offices to humbly give my thanks and appreciation to them as I'm sure I would break down. I hope to do so soon. As I'm sure you could guess, I ringingly endorse and recommend Cervizzi and Associates to take care of any and all of your legal needs. Laura Cervizzi is an excellent, passionate, and personable lawyer. She has a passion for what is right. I did not have Laura as my divorce lawyer (I wish I did).
