The attorneys here at Cervizzi & Associates take great pride in customer service and being available to our clients, even after business hours, as we understand that client’s lives do not operate within the purview of business hours. This client was no exception. From appearances at the Court to file and obtain documentation as soon as possible, to quick responses and the proper documents filed in an emergency situation, the attorneys worked with this client closely, continuously , responded timely, and moved forward accordingly. In some instances, it is necessary to perform a great deal of work in a short time, especially at the beginning of a case, to set the framework for the remainder of the case. In this instance, a great deal of work was required to be performed with the authorization of the client, in an expeditious and careful manner, which is what the sensitive nature of the circumstances required. While the attorneys here at Cervizzi & Associates cannot guarantee specific results, we stand behind the results obtained and the steps taken in order to zealously represent a client. Those involved in this client’s case worked as a team to keep costs down, including not charging the client for the appearance of an attorney at a hearing, so that the client could receive the best service possible. Further, in several instances, the client was not charged for work performed and/or costs incurred. While we understand that the nature of these family law cases tends to elicit extreme emotion due to the circumstances each and every client is going through, we strive to ensure that each client is provided the attention they deserve, and provided with a careful and comprehensive legal analysis so that they are able to make the best decision moving forward without emotion driving their decisions. We are shocked to have received this review and are unsure about what prompted it, especially considering that this client has referred at least three others to the firm, as well as paid her bill voluntarily and in full.
