Lambert has been concentrating in real estate law, estate planning & probate, Landlord-Tenant Law, and advising small businesses for more than twenty eight years. Paul has been in the private practice of law since 1990. He considers it a true privilege to assist first time home buyers, and guides his buyers through the purchase process from the Offer to Purchase to receiving the keys to their new home. He also understands that selling a home, especially for “empty nesters” can be emotional and even heart-wrenching, and Paul will also be there to guide you through the sale of your home from start to finish. Paul has represented hundreds of Buyers, Borrowers and Sellers, and he has conducted more than a thousand closings for mortgage lenders for residential and commercial transactions. Whether it is the first home that you have ever purchased or your fiftieth refinance Paul Lambert is the person with the experience and comfortableness that you deserve and will come to expect from the legal professionals that work for you.
Planning for “life after we are gone” is not always an easy process, nor is it something that we like to “think about”. Unless you "cross the 'T's and dot the 'I's", the procedures and bureaucracy can inhibit your Rights as a Landlord. Landlord-Tenant Law is very procedural and Landlords often "fall victim" to the "rules".
