After admission to practice law in Massachusetts in 2001, Mr. Nieves got to work representing clients in domestic relations issues as well as immigration matters. He joined associations such as the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys and the Massachusetts Bar Association to gain access to further tools and resources to assist him in his work.
Mr. Nieves has taken cases to bench and jury trials, but is also adept at handling matters outside the courtroom. His is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.
