Biography
To date, Mr. Ceruolo has been a practicing law in Massachusetts for over 15 years. He presently focuses his efforts in legal the fields of: Real Estate – Residential and Commercial property, Landlord/Tenant, Leases and Condominium Conversions; Incorporations – business formations and sales; Probate – Estates and Guardianships; Estate Planning – drafting wills, trusts, and asset planning; Elder Law – Medicaid planning.
Attorney Ceruolo has recently expanded his practice into the following complex areas: Accredited Veterans Affairs Attorney and Estate Dispute Resolution.
In addition to managing an extremely busy private practice, Attorney Ceruolo is a licensed real estate broker, a certified real estate instructor and has been teaching a real estate course at Bunker Hill Community College since 2004. He recently served as President of the First District Eastern Middlesex Bar Association (2009-2010) where he organized numerous social and charitable events; he also initiated scholarship programs for local high school students.
