I was facing criminal charges that could have ruined my career. From the moment I hired Attorney Cain I knew he would be fighting for me. He buried the government with paperwork and then hit them with dual motions to suppress and dismiss. He is a shark in the courtroom and knows how to shred a criminal case apart. This is why cops, lawyers and professionals hire him if and when they get into trouble!

Alex was great. I sometimes go overboard with my own research, getting into every aspect of my own case. He was willing to work through all of my concerns and address every hypothetical situation I could throw at him. He was a dynamic force in my case, taking advantage of many strategic opportunities... based on when charges were filed and when court proceedings were scheduled. When the DA didn't charge me in the same fashion that Alex knew was the norm, Alex was able to gain advantage by requesting information at the right times to give us leverage. Ultimately, results speak for themselves, and he was able to work my criminal charges down to a non-criminal offense. He addressed all of my criteria when seeking resolution with the DA and state trooper involved in the case. As someone looking to continue to find job opportunities, this was a total win for me.

My son was charged with multiple counts of possession of a firearm. The prosecutor wanted to have my son held without bail. I immediately hired Alex. He made a great argument to the judge and had my son released on very low bail. Within no time he filed a motion and had the evidence against my so...n suppressed! Thank God I had Alex because if not my son probably would have ended up in jail and no future.

He never filed paperwork for any of my three cases I thought he was representing me on. He out-right LIED to me and others on many occasions.
