Best lawyer in the Courtroom

I owe Attorney Lewin a tremendous amount of gratitude. I was arrested and charged with domestic assault & battery, witness intimidation, and violating an abuse prevention order. I went online and found Attorney Lewin's website. With all the positive reviews, I gave him a call. He spent well o...ver an hour explaining the charges and the process. He sounded very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the law. I knew I found a lawyer that would fight for me. He kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I met with him several times to prepare for trial to know what to expect in the courtroom. He is very ethical, cares and wants to win! The first trial was the violation of abuse prevention order heard in Ayer District Court. It didn't take long to realize I had the best lawyer in the courtroom. He knows what he's doing. I was found "not guilty." The next day in Lowell District Court for the Domestic Assault & Battery and Witness Intimidation charges, Attorney Lewin was successful in getting all the Commonwealth's witnesses to refuse to testify against me and the charges were "dismissed." He was amazing. Thank you Attorney Lewin for giving me my life back.

I had several older warrants in two jurisdictions

I live in the Southwestern US now, and while trying to get a new driver's license, I was told that Massachusetts had denied my driving rights in all the USA. Due to indiscretions of my youth, I had two outstanding DUI and assorted other driving warrants against me in Massachusetts. One DUI in Me...thuen, and assorted traffic infractions, including DUI, in Lawrence. Bob Lewin handled it all expertly, and kept me from getting tangled up in the legal system while I had little time to spare for travel. He seems to know and be liked by all the court officials, and managed to get everything untangled in just three days of court appearances. I never had to say anything. I recommend him highly.

A Highly experienced, detail oriented, persuasive, self assured , respected attorney

We hired Attorney Lewin to represent my son on serious charges. They included: Leaving the scene of property damage; Failure to stop for a Police Officer; Negligent driving plus Speeding and Marked lane violations. Our position was that he was not the driver. The first time I spoke with Bob I knew ...we found our lawyer. He was extremely thourough, going over every little detail of the case, then explaining the law as how it pertained to my son's case. He told us what to expect , there were no surprises. We felt very protected and taken care of. Our case involved a two day jury trial, a nerve wracking experience. I was so impressed with the way Attorney Lewin handled himself in court, fighting for my son and not stopping to respectfully question the Judge or the DA whenever called for. He also has a very appealing , convincing, and assured manner when speaking to the jury. Despite the fact that the Prosecutor had a Police Officer as a witness who positively identified my son as the driver, Attorney Lewin convinced the that jury my son was NOT GUILTY of ALL charges. Words cannot describe how forever grateful I will be to Bob Lewin for giving my son's future back to him. I cannot recommend him enough.

"Lewin the Litigating Legend"

You may think my review title is a bit of an exaggeration, however, if you decide to hire Attorney Lewin to represent you, you'll soon find out that he is nothing short of a legend when it comes to the law and making it work for you. Time and time again you hear people saying things like the Justice... system is terrible and we all heard of that one person who got a raw deal when it came to the final result of going to court. Let Mr. Lewin represent you and you will be quick to learn that there are no problems with our Justice system, there are however a lot of "so-called" lawyers out there that just barely passed the BAR exam, have little to no knowledge of the law, nor the ability to argue and/or negotiate a case like Attorney Lewin can. He is very smart and very well respected in his field. When we first met, I had no idea what to expect. I sat with him in his office and he started to ask me general questions about myself and then he had me tell him my story of events that pertained to my case. He listened silently and took notes as I spoke. When I was done giving him every detail he asked me specific questions and explained my story back to me. I could tell from that moment I was dealing with a professional who knew his stuff and was very thorough in his work and about making sure he understood my side of the story and how it went down. He explained the charges at great length, even went as far as printing out chapters and sections of the law that pertained to my case as well as explaining the possible outcomes and possible punishments that i could be facing. I will admit, this whole situation feasted on my nerves but after my consultation with Mr. Lewin, I felt better knowing that I was hiring a well educated, sharp and quick witted individual who could take on my case with a confident "Business As Usual" attitude. Mr. Lewin answered every question I had and even supplied me with his cell phone number if I had a question for him after business hours or on weekends. I dont know how he did it but he even got me to crack a smile when my life felt like it was going to pieces. The day of court arrived and I entered the courtroom with him and he assured me that the case would go well. Just to walk alongside such a well respected and educated professional within the legal community made me feel proud and honored. I knew I had made the right choice in choosing Lewin. Mr. Lewin is a class act all around. He made my life so much easier by advising, listening, knowing the actual laws, explaining everything, answering any and all questions, cracking a joke when appropriate, being available at any time I needed him, and devising a plan of action and strategy for my case. He is not just an exceptional attorney with an abundance of knowledge, he is an extraordinary human being that exudes class, finesse, intellect, tact and professionalism. The outcome of my case was a good one just as he assured me. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome and I know for certain it wouldnt have played out the way it did if it hadnt been for Mr. Lewin and his services. Do not hesitate to hire him for legal representation. This man knows his stuff and is always prepared to bring his clients to victory. He is simply the best of the best and I am honored to know him. It is unfortunate that I had to meet him under the circumstances in which I did but thats how life goes. The right people are put in your path at the precise moment you need them. If you are undecided on an attorney, I hope my recommendation will help with your decision. I am blessed to have met and worked with him and I believe I must pay it forward to you. great job

Mr Lewin did an excellent job with my son's indecent assault case. He made a very difficult situation much easier for the whole family. His kindness and professionalism before and during the trial was very impressive and appreciated. He kept us informed by email, mail,and phone through the whole pro...cess. He was articulate and to the point during the trial and painted a very simple picture of what actually happened,leaving no doubt to my son's innocence. Our case finished with a not guilty verdict, 18 minutes after the trial ended. We are very thankful to Mr Lewin for his hard work and extreme competence.
