Biography
I have been a lawyer since 1967 practicing in Malden, MA from 1969 through May, 2011 and in Lynnfield, MA from June 2011 to date.
My areas of specialty are Real Estate, Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Probate and
Small Business. I also consult on matters involving Municipal Law and Local Governance.
I am an Adjunct Professor of Law at Suffolk University Law School, where I have taught a course on Municipal Law and Public Policy since 2001
I have considerable experience in matters involving Local Governance having served on numerous Boards, Committees and Commissions in my community - Concord, Massachusetts - including service for six years as an elected Selectman.
