Former Assistant District Attorney Robert Lewin’s practice is limited to the Defense of all Criminal Charges in all Massachusetts Courts (District, Superior, and Juvenile) and in all Federal Courts in Massachusetts. Attorney Lewin was an Assistant District Attorney from 1971 to 1975 (Middlesex County, MA) and since 1975 has limited his practice to Criminal Defense and related matters. He has an enviable record of not guilty verdicts and dismissals over a wide range of criminal charges including Sex Offenses (such as Rape, Child Abuse, Indecent Assault and Battery, Open and Gross Lewdness, Indecent Exposure, Child Enticement, Child Pornography, Internet Sex Crimes), other Crimes of Violence (such as Aggravated Assaults and Domestic Assaults), Drug Offenses (Trafficking, School/Park Zone Drug Violations, Distribution, Conspiracy, Possession) all Motor Vehicle Offenses and License Issues (DWI, Motor Vehicle Homicide, Hit and Run, Operating After Suspension/Revocation, License Reinstatement, etc.) Theft, Shoplifting, White Collar Crimes, Restraining Order Violations, Domestic Violence, Gun Law Violations, Fraud, Embezzlement, Racketeering, and Conspiracy.

18 year old warrent
I hired robert lewin to represent me...had an 18 year old warrent .and was on my 4th offense driving undersuspension in boston.. back in 1997 .moved to fl they wouldnt give me license and gave me couple weeks to get my license or get 1 year in jail...robert lewin got my warrent canceled and case dism...
