Attorney Michael Feinman is awesome, he handle our Bankruptcy Case and we got great results. I highly recommend him. His responsive, Knowledgeable. trustworthy and keep you informed every step of the way. I give him a 100 stars. I highly recommend him to everyone I know.
Mr. Feinman is very arrogant, dismissive and inept with clients he deems not worthy of his full attention and expensive services, looking down his nose at "little people" like us.
He personally ignored us during strategy meetings, preferring to file his nails and listen to sports radio instead of paying attention to details of our case, or us, even though he was paid in advance for his time.
When it came time to sign off on the paperwork needed in court, he rushed us, remarking that we did not need to read what we were signing because he was an "expert" and have done this type of work thousands of times, so we could "trust" him that all the details were correct, and made us feel stupid for trying to read what we were signing. He had more important things to do and we were wasting his time (his words) reading every single page.
When it was time to go to court, he sent his colleague to represent us instead of coming himself, and the paperwork our "expert" lawyer rushed us to sign without reading was incorrect!
In fact, it was so wrong, that our simple case turned into a 2-year nightmare, which cost us thousands of dollars more than agreed upon, forced us to "re-buy" our own property, and to have the case finalized years later than what is considered normal, due to his mistakes.
The only reason Mr. Feinman is getting one star at all in this review, is due to the hard work of his colleague who did everything in his power to fix Mr. Feinman's mistakes and make things right. It wasn't his fault that Mr. Feinman dropped a mess in his lap, which he cleaned up as best as he could.
If you are looking for a compassionate, detail-orientated and caring lawyer, do NOT hire Michael Feinman!
Hiring Michael Feinman was one of my biggest regrets, more so than the reason why he was hired in the first place.
Stay away, unless spending an unbelievable amount of your time and money on this haughty hack lawyer and being ignored is valuable to you.

Response from Michael FeinmanJanuary 3, 2020
Our office works as a team to assure that our clients get good results, and we always want to hear how we can do things better. We are disappointed, not only at the tone of the review, but also the substance. This client’s case, which concluded about 4 years ago, was no exception. Ethical rules prohibit disclosing private information about clients, and we will not do that here. Suffice it to say, we always focus on the relationship with our clients, and would have addressed these concerns, aside from what was already done, in a way that perhaps could have been better communicated.
