I met mark at Malden court some years back - when we first spoke I can tell the he had experience and knew what he was speaking of... I liked his energy the moment we spoke - I hired him for a criminal case for my brother !! That was the best decision I could’ve made I swear he puts his all into all ...of his cases... I wasn’t sure how the trial was going to go until I seen Mr. Griffith fight like his own life depended on it (jury came back NOT GUILTY) I highly recommend him!!!!!!!!!!!

Mark was the second attorney I retained for my recent divorce. He was able to quickly grasp the details of the case and did a great job with developing an effective strategy that eventually brought the case to a settlement, avoiding a lengthy and costly trial. I worked with Mark as he represented a family member who was attacked and then charged and arrested by a police officer! Mark did everything he can do to negotiate a safe solution and tried to solve the problem with the police officer attorney but they refused to drop the case against my family membe...r even it was obvious that they screwed up. Mark went to work and collected evidences and connected with witnesses to build the case against the police officer. Mark took a holistic view of the case and found a very good case against the police officer as he failed to collect an evidence that it is in favor of my family member. Once we made up our mind and asked Mark to go ahead and file a motion to dismiss the case based on the failure of the police officer of doing their job. I was impressed that Mark made a quick phone call and brought two witnesses in a very short notice. Mark's presentation skills in the court room in front of the Judge and the way he build the case and brought witnesses and evidences were amazing. He earned the respect of all and his hard work paid off and helped my family member as the Judge dismissed the case based on the the evidences and witnesses that Mark put together. I started with multiple felonies and never stepped into a courtroom and everything was dismissed and records were sealed. I had the misfortune of my son flipping out in a public setting in a privileged area and the fact I looked angry and picked up my son and hastily left was upsetting to several wo...men who were in attendance. The police arrested me on the word of one of the women who was a complete lunatic and did not interview the others at the time because they had other obligations and would give statements at a more convenient time which ended up contradicting the statement from the one woman they initially interviewed. Keep in mind that I am a very large and fit male and apparently that is scary. As expected this scenario took on a life of its own which included the police and fire departments showing up at my door and the obligatory call to DCF and calls to my son's school and doctor and apparently anyone I have ever met. The most unfortunate part of this is when my son was interviewed and examined he stated to the police and paramedics who were present nothing happened and he was fine and "daddy yelled at me" and the police decided to make up a fake statement for my son reflecting the first "witness" who was completely wrong to justify the false arrest. This was my first encounter with law enforcement in my life so I really do not understand the exceptional effort the police used to make this arrest happen. They really did not like it when I argued my case. Fortunately I immediately brought my son to his pediatrician for a full exam and interview and Mark got affidavits from the pediatrician, paramedics and DCF stating nothing happened except for a child having a meltdown which Mark successfully explained in a backroom conversation with the District Attorney and the Judge who concluded that this arrest was complete nonsense. Subsequently, Mark had the record sealed at a separate hearing. Not only do I consider Mark a wonderful attorney who listens and thinks logically but a friend who I would recommend to anyone for any legal situation large or small.

I hired Mark from a selected few that were highly recommended. My process, I call each lawyer individually and spoke with each to feel their mannerisms and patterns of speech. Mark stuck out with his demeanor and professionalism. He listens and speaks accordingly like a therapist would so to better r...epresent you in court. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of our case as Mark was able to win an OUI case at Woburn District Court. We worked as a team and brainstormed about key points to help our case.
