I hired Mark Griffith to represent me in a family court matter (child support). Mark Griffith was amazing from start to finish of my high -stakes restraining order case. My case was unusual in that I was fighting to keep a restraining order and the opposing party used scorched earth tactics and it went to a full (re) trial lasting THREE days. If I could have had the foresight ...to hear Attorney Griffith defense and closing argument, I may have left my abusive relationship far sooner. All I can say is that he was amazing and knows the court, understands respectful disagreement, truly knows how to counsel and is highly efficient and effective. And to top it off? Do not let his pleasant southern drawl fool you, this guy is an absolute shark in the courtroom. He fought for me in the most professional and polished manner; always showing absolute respect for the judges and courtrooms, yes, courtrooms, as I had to appear in several different courts to prove my innocence, which Mark did by simply presenting the facts. There was no showboating, as it is not necessary for Mark. He was always listening closely and strategizing while doing so. He fought for me, and more importantly fought for my son and my sons future. I now have been cleared of all charges and retain sole custody of my child. Mark saved my family, and did anything and everything necessary to do so. Lets face it, if you need him things aren't really going great for you, but when he is done, you will be his biggest fan. I know that I certainly am.
