Biography
I am a real estate conveyancing and litigation attorney practicing in areas of personal injury, landlord/tenant, real estate - representing buyers, sellers and those seeking to refinance, OUI Defense, commercial and residential leases, corporate law and franchise law. My main focus is on Real Estate conveyancing and resolving complex title issues. Prior to establishing Silva Law, LLC, I served as an attorney at a unique north shore law firm focusing on real estate, title insurance, personal injury and probate litigation. Wherein I gained valuable experience in personal injury matters, including cases involving commercial property slip and falls, residential property liability, pedestrian accidents and dog bites.
Prior to that employment I served as In-House Counsel to a national fitness franchise company where I obtained valuable experiences in persuasive and effective advocacy. Today I use these skills to effectively coordinate the clients’ interests with strong advocacy and persuasive argument. I am available, responsive and tuned into my client’s needs. I pride myself on devoting my focus and complete attention to the matter at hand and will always aggressively pursue the client’s rights to a just result.
