One of the best real estate attorneys

It has been a pleasure to work with attorney Richard Vetstein. We just completed 2 real estate transactions which went very smoothly. He is patient, professional and cares about his clients. He also has a great sense of humor. I would not hesitate to hire him over and over again.

Fantastic Real Estate Litigator

Richard Vetstein assisted me with a very contentious condominium litigation dispute. His courtroom skills were dynamic and he is extremely knowledgeable on the law. He was also very good at keeping me informed and calm during the process.

Satisfactory experience

I hired this lawyer for few condo issues. It was a fairly complex issue and i made it clear that I didn't want to spend a fortune. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him. I will hire him in the future for all my real estate issues.

"I've enjoyed RIch's presentations and blog posts about real estate law for a long time. He is clearly knowledgeable and is a great resource for other attorneys in the community. I recently had the opportunity to work with him on a personal home purchase and the experience was excellent. He responded to every inquiry immediately and everything went very smoothly. I will be recommending Rich to all my clients."

"I have known Rich for more than 25 years. He has been a "go to" Massachusetts real estate attorney for several years. In addition to being frequently retained as counsel in significant real estate matters, Rich's reputation, legal acumen and experience often result in his being sought out to opine on real estate matters of public interest. I enthusiastically endorse Rich."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
