I got my BA from Brandeis University in Political Science, my JD from Suffolk University Law School, and an LLM from Madrid, Spain. I look forward to helping you acheive your immigration goals.

Replied last August 29, 2016Hi Anonymous. We worked together on your J Fulbright waiver, as you stated, for well over a year, with dozens of communications. That case was won - which is no easy task in the Immigration World. I distinctly remember how happy and thankful you were for that result and how happy I was, myself, as that took a lot of work and outreach. After our contract was completed and what I was hired to do was done, there were questions posed to me that, due to my ethical obligations, I was not able to advise you on. And that is why I stated just that - that I am unwilling and unable to assist. I stand by those statements. It is unfortunate that that last bit, after over a year of work and an approved case, is what you seem to be taking away in this case. I took away an approved J Waiver after a lot of hard work so I am happy with that result. After all, that was what I was hired for and it was completed. In any event, I am glad that you found an attorney to assist you with the rest of your case and hope that the rest of your case goes smoothly.
